Q

Registration

To subscribe to the site you must have a digital identity SPID.

Then go to the page of Login and log in with SPID.

Once you have logged in SPID, the system will check your residence in the city of Portici using the user's tax code:

  1. if resident then the user can continue with the registration
  2. if not resident the system will stop recording

You will then need to enter a valid e-mail and mobile number.
If the user has already been registered in the office, an e-mail address and mobile number issued there will be proposed.

To complete the registration, you must enter the 6-digit OTP (One-Time-Password) code received by e-mail on the verification page.

The user (now Customer) will receive a welcome e-mail following successful registration.

Permit Request

After logging in and reading the Get your Permit it is possible to make a new request for permission by accessing the section Permissions Request Permission

When the page is opened 3 (three) different operations will be carried out:

  1. control over taxes (provided by municipality of Portici)
  2. verification of the customer's municipality of residence
  3. verification of the number of active permits/requests/practices for the customer's family nucleus

Only if all 3 checks are positive will the user be able to request a new parking permit.

After passing the checks, the customer must compulsorily fill in all the fields present and upload the registration certificate (booklet) of the vehicle.

In the event that it is a rental vehicle or a company vehicle, you will be asked to upload the leasying contract or a company certificate respectively.

Documents must be uploaded in PDF format

In the event that an operator considers the documentation unsuitable or unreadable, the request will be canceled.

Control

One of our operators will check the validity of the request; you can check the status of all requests in the section Permissions My Requests

Requests can be in 4 different states:

  1. awaiting validation : if not yet approved;
  2. rejected : if it was rejected;
  3. awaiting payment : if it has been approved and is now awaiting payment;
  4. accepted and paid : if it has been approved and paid for.

The permit ticket can be viewed and downloaded in the section Permissions My Permissions to column Ticket

The ticket must be printed in color in A6 format and placed on the dashboard of the car in a clearly visible way.

  1. Permit No. / Year
  2. License Plate
  3. Permission Type
  4. Permit End Date
  5. Permission Start Date

Any modification or manipulation of the data on the document constitutes an alteration of the original and therefore considered a crime.

Renewal of Permit

It is possible to renew a permit in the section Permits My Permits to the column Renewal

The procedure is the same as that used to carry out a Request for Permit with the difference that some fields are pre-filled with the data of the old permit, however, having the possibility to modify them.

Payments

Payments are managed through an external service: Stripe

Change License Plate

To request the change of a license plate, go to the section Permissions My Permissions and view the column Change License Plate.

The customer must enter the data and upload the registration certificate (booklet) of the new vehicle.
